The Express Repair training class is available in person at ICBC’s Collision Repair Learning Centre in Burnaby or through online distant learning via Skype if you are outside the lower mainland.
This course does not qualify for technical upgrade training.

Distant Learning
If you have chosen to take the Express Repair course through our online distant learning via Skype, ICBC will require you to have the following:
- Have a computer with Windows 7 or later (PC or Laptop, Apple products do not work).
- Have audio capabilities.
- Have a phone with a mute button.
- Provide ICBC with the email address that is available on this computer.
Once you have met the computer requirements as per the above, please contact the Supplier Programs & Administration department directly (604-777-4513 or toll-free 1-877-921-3311) to have your computer tested no later than the Friday prior to the Express Repair class to ensure it is compatible. If your computer is not tested you will not be registered into the class.
As well, you will have to register through Mitchell U to complete their estimating training and will require your Mitchell ID number and password to log in. If you do not know your ID and password you will have to contact Mitchell directly at 1-800-448-4401, Mon-Fri between 5 a.m. & 5 p.m. and Sat 7 a.m. -11 a.m.
