Applying to Strategic Alliance 7
From time to time, ICBC’s business needs may dictate working with new law firms. Since 1999, ICBC has identified external law firms to provide legal services to support Claims operations through a program known as the “Strategic Alliance.”
Law firms interested in providing claims-related legal services to ICBC can submit an application to be considered for Strategic Alliance 7, which is anticipated to be in effect for three years effective April 1, 2019, with an option to renew for two additional years.
How to apply
- Review the Application Information for Strategic Alliance (pdf) for detailed instructions and eligibility requirements
- Complete and submit the Strategic Alliance application form (pdf) and the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement to CLS Special Counsel at CLS-SpecialCounsel@icbc.com.
All applicants are subject to a screening process, and applications will be kept on file for 12 months. Applications are not guaranteed to result in a Strategic Alliance agreement with ICBC.
ICBC will contact successful firms to arrange an interview.
